| The majority of the route will parallel the scenic Pacific Coast, although the initial week through Washington will be inland. Breathtaking cliffs, redwood forests, lighthouses, beaches and a rugged coastline are anticipated. One highlight of the ride will be passing through the Redwood Forests of California immortalized by Woody Guthrie in his famous ballad "This Land Is Your Land." Woody Guthrie died of HD in 1967. The journey will actually end in Tijuana MX, although friends and family will gather at the Border Fields State Park on the U.S. side of the border. | |||||||||||||
